This session is a calm, supportive space to experience the essence of the retreat — not just hear about it.
We’ll focus on felt experience, gentle nervous system regulation, and a short guided practice rooted in reparenting and self-relationship work. This hour is designed to help you sense whether the retreat is the right fit for you.

- A gentle grounding practice to settle your nervous system
- A short, guided experiential exercise (no prior experience needed)
- Time for reflection and optional sharing
- Space for questions about the retreat and the work
