Balance Without Burnout – A FREE goal-setting workshop using the Life Balance Wheel

1-Hour Guided Reflection for the Month Ahead

Saturday, January 17th: 10am-11am

Most goal setting focuses on what you should change or accomplish. This session begins somewhere else — with honest self-reflection and self-compassion.

In this free 1-hour live online workshop, you’ll be guided through the Life Balance Wheel, the same reflective framework shared in my eBook, Balance Without Burnout.

Rather than pushing for big resolutions, we’ll explore:

  • Where you are right now in key areas of your life
  • What feels nourishing and supportive
  • What feels draining or out of alignment
  • Where you’d like to gently focus your energy in the next month

When you register, you’ll receive a free copy of the eBook “Balance Without Burnout.”

You’re invited to read it ahead of time, begin the Life Balance Wheel reflection at your own pace, and bring any questions or insights to our live session.

Description

This approach is especially supportive for highly sensitive people, caregivers, and anyone wanting meaningful change without pressure, overwhelm, or burnout.

You don’t need to have a plan.
You don’t need to be “ready.”
You just need curiosity and a willingness to listen to yourself.
