(Re)Parenting Empowerment 5-Day Retreat

(Re)Parenting Empowerment 5-Day Retreat

Interested in responding instead of reacting?

Wondering how your childhood affects your life now?

Needing a fresh look on connection with others, especially children or grandchildren?

Participants will dive deep into the topic of reparenting ourselves so we can interact with others, especially children, in informed and connective ways. We look at why we react in the ways that we do in difficult situations and we provide tools to identify those programmed reactions and patterns. When we can understand the layers associated with our reactions, we can create space to make different choices and to be intentional in the way we connect. The information and tools in this masterclass offer a different perspective of parenting and teaching children from the lens of awareness and human development. This includes the reparenting we do with ourselves internally.

Your Facilitators:

Kim Holman

Kim Holman is a mother of 3 adult children and a grandmother. She has been a Licensed Massage Therapist and bodyworker for 30 years and recognizes the importance of supporting the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects as well as the physical, in all she does. Kim continues her studies of the body, mind, and spirit, and has a great thirst for knowledge. One could describe her need to gain knowledge as borderline obsessive. Kim has created and taught her own style of bodywork called Myofascial Sculpting© as well as a variety of wellness programs. These include a 24- week Empath Course, a 3-week boundaries course, and a (Re)Parenting Empowerment course cocreated with Meg to support others in better knowing themselves and making conscious choices. She also enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, dancing, biking, gardening, hiking, and traveling.

Meg Judge

Meg Judge is mom to two young children and has a deep passion for helping people reflect and grow into wholeness and authenticity. She has experience with supporting all ages in determining life paths, deconstructing difficult situations, and moving people in positive, productive directions. She has taught preschoolers, elementary school students, teenagers, and adults in various capacities. Additionally, she has done extensive research on neuroscience, human motivation, child development, and trauma. She loves to assist others in identifying the connections between parenting children, experiences of being parented, and reparenting themselves. In addition to reparenting, her coaching specialties include authentic inner work, programmatic design, and mental/emotional organization. She also finds enjoyment in writing – specifically poetry, hiking, and singing.
