Price range: $50.00 through $75.00

Looking Back with Compassion, Moving Forward with Intention

LIVE online workshop
Date: Wednesday, January 14th, 2026: 12pm-2pm PDT

Your childhood shaped your beliefs, self-talk, and relationships—but it doesn’t have to define your future. In this reflective and compassionate class, you’ll explore how your upbringing influences your inner voice and current patterns and learn how to shift them through reparenting.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Recognize the beliefs, behaviors, and roles you absorbed ( or were ‘imprinted’ with) growing up
  • Identify different parenting styles—and how they show up in your life today
  • Learn foundations to transform your inner dialogue and release old guilt or resentment
  • Link childhood experiences to your adult relationships with clarity and compassion
  • Reparent yourself from a place of awareness, choice, and care

More details below.

Here’s what (Re)Parenting participants are saying…

“The parenting empowerment course was surprisingly helpful even though I do not have kids of my own. It helped me to understand the importance of self regulation and how our brains are short circuited during a trauma response. The tools and practices given were immediately applicable in my life and helped me to deal with being triggered and how to support others in finding wellness in their nervous systems.”
Chris Michels

“I came because my reactions to myself and others were alarming. I knew there were deep things that needed time and attention. The course content addressed several areas I’ve wanted to explore and I’m so glad I took the time for myself to explore and expand.”

Sonia B.

“I came to the workshop to better understand my inner child, so that I may better understand and care for the children in my life. It helped me see things more big picture and grant grace to myself when things are hard.”

C.E.

“I feel lighter and more confident in myself and my parenting journey. I found more compassion for my inner children and my parents’ inner children. This is what I was needing right now. Thank you so much.”

A.H.

“I could see myself taking this class three times over the next ten years and getting something completely different out of it each time.”

Nicole R.

“The material covered in the course focuses on connecting with your inner child. This course works for anyone who wants to be a parent, who is a parent or grandparent, or had trouble connecting with their own parents during childhood. I am a couple of these. The course is a step-by-step and helps reveal the heart of not only your child, but the child within, and the importance of what it truly means to listen. I feel more aware and connected to my inner child unlike ever before”

Christopher

“I have to say I wish I would have had these amazing tools and principles shared in this outstanding class when I was raising my kids, and wished my parents would have had these tools and information when I was a kid. I’m grateful to have this information especially to assist me in having healthier forms of communication in all relationships, as well as learning how to place boundaries in conscious ways. Overall, I would recommend this class series for everyone. Many wonderful ah ha’s for myself. Thank you, Kim and Meg! Grateful for you both!”
