Balance from the Inside Out IN-PERSON: Wellness Tools to Support Your (Re)Parenting Journey

$125.00

Practices for self-connection, resilience, and staying grounded through life’s changes

In-person workshop

Dates: Two Mondays, May 11th and 18th: 6-8pm

Location: Salem, Oregon (address will be shared in confirmation email)

The practice of reparenting ourselves invites us to reflect on our unmet childhood needs and helps us recognize how we can advocate for ourselves. Balance is a big part of that. Each season of life presents new challenges, pulling us in different directions. In this two-week course, we’ll use the Life Balance Assessment Wheel to:

  • Reflect on inner and outer worlds
  • Discover where you need support right now
  • Explore practical steps to restore alignment

We will also provide concrete time management and self-regulation tools from a lens of reparenting. By working from the inside out, we can cultivate resilience, purpose, and peace that can carry us through life’s shifting seasons.
