A lifelong learner with a deep curiosity for the body–mind connection, she has developed her own style of bodywork, Myofascial Sculpting©, and created multiple wellness programs, including courses on empathy and boundaries, as well as (Re)Parenting Empowerment classes with her co-facilitator Meg.

A mother of three adult children and a grandmother, Kim brings both professional expertise and lived wisdom to her teaching. She continues to study the interconnections of body, mind, and spirit and finds balance through dancing, biking, gardening, and time with family.
