$225.00

In collaboration with Enlighten Healing Collective

Saturday, November 1st: 9:30 am-3:30 pm
In-person: Salem, Oregon

Location will be provided upon registration

Join us for a day of connection with self and community as we guide you through mental, emotional, and physical practices to nourish and renew your sense of self. This immersive one-day retreat, created just for care professionals, offers a compassionate space to slow down, reconnect with your inner landscape, and participate in practices that aim to restore nervous system balance.

Through experiential practices, group connection, and guided self-reflection from a lens of reparenting, we provide an environment to help you feel more resourced, spacious, and supported. We recognize that, as care professionals, your unmet needs from childhood can surface as you are caring for others. If you choose, this retreat will give you time and support to address some of those while also engaging in nourishing activities. With grounded clarity and a deeper sense of wholeness, both personally and professionally, you’ll be reminded that tending to yourself is tending to your clients.

Take a day to exhale.
