Massage and Other One-on-One Services

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment allow me the opportunity to offer that time to another client.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the session fee unless I am able to fill the session. Any cancellation fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted me to cancel, you will be responsible for 100% of the session fee. This fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

Thank you for respecting the time I have reserved for you and allowing me the opportunity to offer that time to another client.

Classes, Workshops, Courses, Retreats & Special Events

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the offering.

The cancellation and refund policy for each class, workshop, course, retreat, or special event will be provided on the applicable registration or purchase page. Please review that policy before registering.

Digital Products

Because digital products are available for access or download after purchase, digital product purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided.

Digital products may include eBooks, downloadable materials, workbooks, audio or video recordings, prerecorded courses, meditations, and other digital resources.

If you experience a technical problem accessing something you purchased, please contact me so I can help resolve the issue.

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact me so the duplicate charge can be reviewed and corrected.

Any exceptions to this policy will be made at the discretion of 8 Hands Healing, Inc.

Cancellations by 8 Hands Healing

If I need to cancel a one-on-one appointment, you will not be charged a cancellation fee, and we will work together to reschedule your appointment.

If 8 Hands Healing cancels a class, workshop, course, retreat, or special event, registered participants will be notified and provided with the options available for that particular offering.
