Do you...
Say yes when you really want to say no?
Stay quiet because you don’t want to upset someone?
Replay conversations wondering what you should have said?
Over-explain when you finally do speak up?
Wait until you’re already frustrated or resentful before saying something?
Maybe you know something doesn’t feel right—you’re just not sure what to do about it.
There is another way.
Many of us wait until something has become unbearable before we think about setting a boundary. But boundaries can begin much earlier.
NOTICE - What is happening?
What is your body, your feelings, or your behavior trying to tell you?
RECONNECT - What do I need?
What matters to you—not just what will keep someone else happy?
CHOOSE - How do I want to respond?
Does this situation need a boundary? A conversation? A no? A pause? Or
something else?
Healthy boundaries aren’t about controlling other people. They’re about staying connected to yourself while relating to others.
This is often where boundaries get hard.
What if they’re disappointed?
What if they get angry?
What if they push back?
Does their reaction mean I did something wrong?
You can’t control how another person responds. You can learn how to communicate clearly, stay grounded, and decide what you’re willing to do when someone pushes back.
And we won’t just talk about it. Through real-life examples, helpful phrases, reflection, partner practice, and role-play, you’ll have opportunities to practice these skills before using them in your own relationships.

I grew up without healthy boundaries, so I didn’t know how to set them either. I had to learn how to recognize what I wanted and needed—and then practice communicating those needs with others.
For more than 32 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I’ve also seen how people-pleasing, stress, and continually putting ourselves last can impact our health. Having healthier boundaries and communication skills has considerably reduced my own stress. I have more peace, more confidence in my decisions, more energy and greater trust in myself. I’m also able to show up more authentically in my relationships.
That’s why I created this course—to share the practical tools that helped me create healthier boundaries, so you can begin discovering what healthier boundaries can make
possible in your own life.

What if you could...
Say no without spending the rest of the day feeling guilty?
Make room for your own time, energy, relationships, and priorities?
Ask for what you need instead of hoping someone notices?
Make a decision without needing everyone else to agree with it?
Have a difficult conversation and still feel connected to yourself afterward?
Trust yourself to decide what works for you—and what doesn't?
Healthy boundaries aren't just about saying no. They're about having more choice in
how you live your life.

Speak up before resentment builds?
Know what you need instead of automatically focusing on what everyone else
needs?
Stay grounded when someone is disappointed or pushes back?
Have a difficult conversation without abandoning what matters to you?
Say no without a long explanation?
That’s what we’ll practice together.
You’ll learn practical ways to recognize when a boundary may be needed, identify your needs, communicate clearly, navigate difficult conversations, and respond more intentionally instead of automatically people-pleasing or avoiding conflict.
And we won’t just talk about it. We’ll use real-life examples, helpful phrases, partner practice, and role-play so you can practice what healthy boundaries actually look and feel like.
