8 Hands Healing, Inc. is an Oregon corporation owned and operated by Kim Holman, LMT.

Kim Holman, LMT is the professional name Kim uses publicly and is not a separate business entity.

8 Hands Healing provides massage and other one-on-one services, classes, workshops, retreats, educational resources, and personal-development offerings.

Certain services or programs may have additional intake forms, informed-consent documents, registration terms, cancellation policies, or participation agreements. When additional terms apply to a particular service or offering, those terms become part of your agreement for that service.

Massage and Other One-on-One Services

You may use what you learn in your own life and work as appropriate, but you may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, rebrand, upload, or teach directly from 8 Hands Healing materials without written permission.

Materials created by or used with permission from another person or organization remain the property of the applicable owner.

Photos, Recordings and Testimonials

Participating in an 8 Hands Healing service, class, workshop, retreat, or other offering does not automatically give us permission to use your photograph, image, voice, personal story, or testimonial for marketing.

Permission will be requested as appropriate before identifiable participant material is used for promotional purposes.

If an offering will be recorded for participant access or educational purposes, participants will be informed when reasonably possible so they can make appropriate choices about their participation.
