  • DOM (Disruption of Membrane Technique) – A useful skill to have, especially with fresh injuries
  • Variations of Gua Sha

Ideal clothing to wear – Form fitting clothes like leggings, and long-sleeve shirts, sweat pants without buckles, buttons, loops, etc.
