Wanting to unhook generational patterns in your interactions with others? Bring your relational, reparenting, and/or parenting challenges for a time of learning, collaborative problem solving, and mindful practice in an interactive small-group environment. Reparenting impacts all of our relationships including the relationship with: ourselves, family members, friends, co-workers, and even strangers. This collaborative gives you a place to receive support, learn tools, and begin to practice the skill of reparenting.
