Live Course

  • Practices for self-connection, resilience, and staying grounded through life’s changes

    In-person workshop

Dates: Two Mondays, May 11th and 18th: 6-8pm

Location: Enlighten Healing Collective - Salem, OR

The practice of reparenting ourselves invites us to reflect on our unmet childhood needs and helps us recognize how we can advocate for ourselves. Balance is a big part of that. Each season of life presents new challenges, pulling us in different directions. In this two-week course, we’ll use the Life Balance Assessment Wheel to:
    • Reflect on inner and outer worlds
    • Discover where you need support right now
    • Explore practical steps to restore alignment
We will also provide concrete time management and self-regulation tools from a lens of reparenting. By working from the inside out, we can cultivate resilience, purpose, and peace that can carry us through life’s shifting seasons.
  • Saturday, April 18th: 9:30 am-4:30 pm In-person: Enlighten Healing Collective - Salem, OR

Join us for a day of connection with self and community as we guide you through mental, emotional, and physical practices to nourish and renew your sense of self. This immersive one-day retreat created just for educators, offers a compassionate space to slow down, reconnect with your inner landscape, and participate in practices that aim to restore nervous system balance.

Through experiential practices, group connection, and guided self-reflection from a lens of reparenting, we provide an environment to help you feel more resourced, spacious, and supported. We recognize that as educators your unmet needs as children can surface as you are in the classroom. If you choose, this retreat will give you time and support to address some of those while also engaging in nourishing activities. With grounded clarity and a deeper sense of wholeness, both personally and professionally, you’ll be reminded that tending to yourself is  an important way to support your students.

Take a day to exhale. Limited to 8 participants
