The practice of reparenting ourselves invites us to reflect on our unmet childhood needs and helps us recognize how we can advocate for ourselves. Balance is a big part of that. Each season of life presents new challenges, pulling us in different directions. In this two-week course, we’ll use the Life Balance Assessment Wheel to:- Reflect on inner and outer worlds
- Discover where you need support right now
- Explore practical steps to restore alignment
