    LIVE online workshop

    Date: Two Tuesdays, February 10th and 17th, 2026: 6-8pm

    Limited to 50 people

The practice of reparenting ourselves invites us to reflect on our unmet childhood needs and helps us recognize how we can advocate for ourselves. Balance is a big part of that. Each season of life presents new challenges, pulling us in different directions. In this two-week course, we’ll use the Life Balance Assessment Wheel to:
    • Reflect on inner and outer worlds
    • Discover where you need support right now
    • Explore practical steps to restore alignment
We will also provide concrete time management and self-regulation tools from a lens of reparenting. By working from the inside out, we can cultivate resilience, purpose, and peace that can carry us through life’s shifting seasons.
  • Are you tired of juggling everything and still feeling off-balance? Balance Without Burnout is your step-by-step guide to finding clarity, calm, and confidence again. Simply using the Life Balance Wheel, you’ll uncover what’s draining you, identify where you need support, and be able to take small steps that actually create changes in your life. Inside, you’ll learn how to:
    • Recognize hidden stress patterns
    • Work with resistance instead of fighting it
    • Find more joy in your everyday life
    • Stay grounded through life’s changing seasons
✨You don’t have to do it all. You just need the right tools—and this book is one of them.
  • In collaboration with Enlighten Healing Collective

Saturday, November 1st: 9:30 am-3:30 pm In-person: Salem, Oregon Location will be provided upon registration Join us for a day of connection with self and community as we guide you through mental, emotional, and physical practices to nourish and renew your sense of self. This immersive one-day retreat, created just for care professionals, offers a compassionate space to slow down, reconnect with your inner landscape, and participate in practices that aim to restore nervous system balance.  Through experiential practices, group connection, and guided self-reflection from a lens of reparenting, we provide an environment to help you feel more resourced, spacious, and supported. We recognize that, as care professionals, your unmet needs from childhood can surface as you are caring for others. If you choose, this retreat will give you time and support to address some of those while also engaging in nourishing activities. With grounded clarity and a deeper sense of wholeness, both personally and professionally, you’ll be reminded that tending to yourself is tending to your clients. Take a day to exhale. Limited to 10 participants
